Phase 1
Definition of Requirements & System Architecture (WP1): Establish technical and non-technical requirements and develop the system architecture for HARMONISE.

Phase 2
Technical Implementation (WP2-WP3): Develop and integrate the core components of the energy management system, including software and hardware solutions.

Phase 3
Demonstration, Monitoring & Evaluation (WP4): Test and evaluate solutions in pilot sites, ensuring they meet performance standards.

Horizontal Activities (WP5)
Conduct activities related to replicability, communication, dissemination, and exploitation to maximize the impact of the HARMONISE innovations.

Project Management (WP6)
Oversee project execution, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation.
